Many Works – One Artist

Desmond uses many mediums and techniques in creating his art. He is a true multi-medium artist but at his core, always a painter.

His style is impressionist in nature. He has evolved over the years and will continue to evolve in the future.

He uses all types of media for his paintings with a style that continues to evolve – but his love of art and the environment he’s in, are always the base. Using spray paint, knives, digital canvasses and other tools he is creating works both small and large that provide a different and unique take on our environment, while still in the spirit of the Tom Thomson and the Canadian school.

His abstracts reflect him personally – energetic, optimistic and someone who takes joy in colour, shapes and textures, bringing them all together into something unique and fun.
